STOCK AVAILABILITY:
If an item is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and informed of the expected delivery date.
RETURNS
Our Guarantee:
RUBY wants to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you have ordered. If something isn't right, let us know. We will send you another colour, a new size or an entirely different style. Email us your questions regarding your return.
Returns by Mail/Courier:
Please enclose your receipt and merchandise within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and mail/courier to:

Send the parcel back to us by registered mail or courier. Please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for shipping handling charges.
Returns to any RUBY Store:
If you buy online you can also return items to any of our stores.
You can return merchandise for change of mind reasons to any RUBY store within 14 days of purchase. Please bring in your receipt and the credit card you used when you ordered.
Faulty Goods:
Please note that faulty goods should be returned either by mail or dropped into a RUBY Store within a reasonable time frame.
GST / TAXES
GST within New Zealand
A charge of 12.5% GST is included in the retail price shown.
GST on International Orders
The total price of your order will include 12.5% GST at checkout. However, this will be deducted when your international order is processed and your credit card is charged.
