Click & Collect

  • Click & collect gives you the flexibility of ordering online and the convenience of being able to pick up your order from your nearest RUBY store (excluding the RUBY Auckland Airport store).
  • Provided that your garment is available at the store you have selected, there is no charge.
  • We will confirm by email as soon as your order is ready for collection, within one working day.
  • Please bring your order confirmation and photo I.D for collection.

Same Day Delivery (Within Auckland Central Only)

  • For residents in Auckland central, our online store offers a 1 hour and 3 hour same day delivery service.
  • Same day delivery is only available on weekdays and is not available on public holidays.
  • The time frame is quoted by our courier company and may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Orders need to be placed between 9am-2pm on business days (same day delivery is not available on public holidays or weekends) to allow for processing and delivery of your order.
  • Please provide a phone number that you can be contacted on within the delivery timeframe. If the driver cannot find you they will call you on this number to try and complete the delivery.
  • All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. If your order is unable to be delivered, a redirection fee may apply.
  • Delivery to the following central Auckland locations only:

  • City Centre, Eden Terrace, Epsom, Freemans Bay, Grafton, Morningside, Mt Eden, Newmarket, Parnell, Ellerslie, Greeenlane, Grey Lynn, Herne Bay, Kingsland, Mt Albert, Mt Roskill, Newton, Northcote, Pt Chevalier, Remuera, Sandringham, Takapuna, Western Springs.

Same Day Delivery

  • For residents in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch our online store offers a same day delivery service, delivered between 11am and 5:30pm.
  • Orders need to be placed before 12pm on business days (same day delivery is not available on public holidays or weekends) to allow for processing and delivery of your order.
  • The item/items ordered must be in stock at your local store to be eligible for same day delivery. Use the Stock Availability chart on each product page to check the availability of the item/items.
  • Orders placed after the cut off time will be delivered on the following weeknight between 11am and 5:30pm.
  • Same day delivery is only available on weekdays and is not available on public holidays.

International DHL Courier

  • We can courier to any address but not to a P.O. Box.
  • Signature is required upon delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only – delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control.
  • For international orders, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. RUBY is not responsible for custom duty charges.
  • Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to ship RUBY Nail Polishes outside New Zealand.
