Becoming a Loyalty member is simple! All you need to do is create an account by clicking on the Loyalty link here and then follow the prompts. Or create an account when you’re checking out and we’ll take care of the rest.

Points will expire after twelve months of Loyalty account inactivity. This means that if there is no change to your Loyalty account balance (through either the addition or redemption of points), all points earned in the previous 12 months will automatically be removed from your account.

If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account!

Points can be earned on any full price RUBY or Liam styles. Sale items, third party products, and purchases using Gift Vouchers are not eligible for points. However, your total spend across all these items will contribute to your RUBY Hive level.

In order for you to receive your birthday treat on your birthday, you must register your birthday in the Loyalty programme at least 30 days prior to your birthday. If your birthday falls between the day that you registered and the 30 day waiting period afterwards, you will receive your birthday treat 30 days after your registration. This delay is only applicable for the first year that you signed up. All successive birthday treats will be emailed to you on your birthday. If you register your birthday through your Loyalty account any time after it has passed in the current calendar year, Loyalty will not be added to your account until the day of your birthday in the following year. Remember, Birthday points are determined by the Loyalty member level that you are part of on the date of your birthday. If it has been more than 30 days since you registered for your ‘Birthday Treat' and you still have not received the additional points in your account, please contact a Rubette via live chat or through our contact form.

You can access your Loyalty balance within the dashboard of your account page. Please note that there may be a delay in our systems communicating and points could take anywhere from minutes to hours to appear in your account. If you are still having trouble viewing your points, please chat with a Rubette via live chat or in our contact form.

Any full priced RUBY or Liam purchases made will now count towards points in your Loyalty account. However, you don’t even need to make a purchase in order to begin accumulating points. See our Loyalty page to find out all of the ways that you can earn points by engaging with our brand and community.

Yes! So, whether you are currently a follower on all of these platforms or you are looking to add new ways to connect with us, we want to say thanks by offering you points. You can find all of the links to earn points by following us on these platforms through our Loyalty page. In order for you to make sure that you get points for following us, please make sure you have done the following: 1. Log in or create to your RUBY Loyalty account . 2. Make sure that on the device that you are using that you are already signed in to the social media platform that you would like to follow us on with the username and password that you have chosen for that platform. If you haven’t signed into that platform prior to clicking on the link, there will be a window that pops up asking for your social media login information. Once you have provided this information you will be redirected to the social media account that you have chosen to follow. 3. If you are already a follower of ours, the system will register that the two accounts (your RUBY account and your social media account) are connected. You may then close the pop-up window and that step on the Loyalty page will show ‘completed’. If you are a new follower, you will need to select ‘Follow’ for that platform prior to closing out of the pop-up window for points to be awarded.

Please note that points for these actions may not immediately appear in your account and could take several minutes or hours to process. It may also require you to refresh your Loyalty account page. To be sure that they were added to your account you can also reference your ‘Loyalty History’.

Loyalty points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account. Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available Loyalty points on the top left of the page. To use your Loyalty, use the drop down menu to select any available voucher you would like to redeem on the order you are placing, then continue with the check out process. Please note only one voucher can be used per transaction. You must have a minimum balance of at least 500+ points to become eligible to redeem a voucher.

We do have a couple of point redemption restrictions. Points cannot be applied to SALE, non RUBY & Liam styles, the cost of tax, shipping or purchasing gift cards. Your cart will automatically exclude these items from the total redeemable points when you are checking out.

Should you choose to return a purchase in full that you paid for and earned Loyalty on as a result, any Loyalty points that were earned for the purchase will be deducted from your account when the return has processed to your original form of payment, including any bonus points that may be applicable. For partial returns where the payment is processed back to the original form of payment, any Loyalty points that were earned as a result of the purchase will be subtracted from your Loyalty account in relation to the amount of the return. In addition your level status may be affected by your full or partial return according to points earned thresholds needed to qualify for each tier. If your full or partial return is processed to a gift voucher, any Loyalty points that you earned from your original order will stay in your account and may continue to be used at any time regardless of when you choose to redeem your voucher. Returns to gift voucher will not have any effect on your level status during times of normal points allocation. However, if you make a purchase during a promotion in which points per dollar spent are increased (e.g. double Loyalty promotions), the additional points will be removed if items are returned for a voucher which may then have an effect on which level you have qualified for. If a return or cancellation will cause your Loyalty account to drop to a negative balance, any future Loyalty that you earn (through purchases or engaging in promotional activities) will be applied to this negative balance. Once your account reaches the minimum 500 point threshold required for redeeming points, you can begin redeeming points on purchases again.

If you choose to return an item that was purchased using a Loyalty voucher, the points deducted for the purchase will be reapplied to your Loyalty account, which may make you re-eligible for a loyalty voucher.

When you are signed into your Loyalty account, your dashboard will show you whether you are Buzz, Honey, Flower or Bee level.

When your total points earned has crossed a level threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new level and what your new treats are.

Once you reach a new Loyalty level, you will remain at that status for twelve months from the date you enter the tier. Following twelve months in a level, your level status may decrease if you did not spend the amount necessary in the year prior to remain or if you have not already advanced to the next level.

Isn’t free shipping the best!? Good news BEES - you don’t need to do anything to make sure that your free express shipping is applied to your order. As long as you are signed in to your account and your order total meets the $500 minimum purchase amount required for free express shipping, your shipping will automatically be deducted from your order.

Before you go, we want to make sure you know that having an account with us has many benefits outside of earning Loyalty. By keeping your RUBY account active, not only will you earn Loyalty for every purchase but it will also allow you to view your order history, receive up to date order statuses, create a wishlist, and store addresses for quicker checkouts. The first time you log in to rubynz.com after 8 April, 2023, you will need to activate your account on our new website by clicking SIGN UP. Enter the email from your existing RUBY account to create a new password and access your dashboard & loyalty points. Let us know if you have any problems and we can send you a new link to activate your account.
