For RUBY’s first collection of 2020, Creative Director Deanna Didovich paints a wardrobe for what follows after an idyllic summer. Titled Glow, bask in the lingering energy and keep your summer alive for longer – the fun isn’t over yet.
Como, in equal amounts of striking and modern, is the spotlight print this season. The tie-dye print in moss has hints of apple green and khaki, making an artwork that is both abstract and attention-grabbing. And in Como, crowd favourites return: the iconic RUBY wrap blouse in cotton, the slip dress, midi-skirt and self-tie crop top in silk.
Encapsulating the light-hearted air of summer, with a hint of the bohemian, Mirella is updated in midnight blue and candy pink. Ankle-grazing lengths, gentle puff sleeves, and delicate waist ties, Mirella is as dreamy as it is wearable.
RUBY’s first knitwear range for 2020 serves options worthy of investment. In a mix of both soft and vibrant colours, take your pick from baby blue, blush pink and lipstick pink, grey marle and hazel brown. Made from cosy blends of wool and alpaca, love and take care of them and you’ll find they’ll stick with you for years to come.
And in the spirit of new resolutions, RUBY’s one is centred on circularity. After a successful two-year relationship with Designer Wardrobe, RUBY has created an exclusive piece from Glow for rental, starting from January 2020. The Marina Gown in Como blends asymmetry and lightness, its delicate flutters make it a compelling option for any black-tie event. This next step cements RUBY’s dedication to close the circle a little more.
Stay up a little longer to enjoy the remnants of summer; Glow is a wardrobe that’ll take your sunny memories with you into 2020. And no matter what your new resolutions are, RUBY is here to grow with you.
