              • Items in your order must be available in a RUBY store within 10km of your delivery address for Uber Shipping to be an available shipping method.
              • Uber Delivery is available between 9am - 3pm weekdays, and 10am - 3pm weekend days.
              • Any orders placed outside of this timeframe, will be sent the following day using Uber Delivery.
              • You must be available at the address at the time of delivery, otherwise the parcel will be left at your delivery address. A picture will be provided by Uber as proof of delivery.
              • If the item is left at your property, the liability for the parcel becomes that of the customer, from the time the delivery photo is provided from Uber.
              • If the product is unavailable in the required store for any reason, your order will be sent on our standard overnight shipping via courier post.
